LINDSAY, Texas — The Lindsay Lady Knights volleyball team delivered a dominant performance Tuesday night, sweeping Poolville 3-0 in decisive fashion with set scores of 25-16, 25-5, and 25-10. The Lady Knights controlled the match from start to finish, never allowing Poolville to gain momentum. After a competitive first set that ended 25-16, Lindsay overwhelmed their opponents in the second set with a commanding 25-5 victory before closing out the match 25-10 in the third. Lindsay's junior varsity squad also found success on the night, winning their match 2-0 with scores of 25-10 and 25-11, demonstrating the program's depth across both levels. The victory continues what has been a strong season for the Lady Knights, who have established themselves as a force in district play. The team's ability to dominate opponents in straight sets showcases their skill and preparation under the coaching staff's guidance. Looking ahead, the Lady Knights will host Graford on Friday for another district matchup. Varsity action is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the junior varsity match.
