VALLEY VIEW, Texas — Valley View ISD has launched a new artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to streamline communication between families and the district.
The district announced the rollout of Dialogue AI on Thursday, describing it as a secure, centralized system for submitting questions, concerns, compliments, and public information requests. The platform is available 24 hours a day and routes submissions automatically to appropriate district personnel for review.
Dialogue AI supports multiple submission types including bullying or safety concerns, general questions, public information requests under the Texas Public Information Act, and positive feedback for staff recognition.
The platform includes options for anonymous reporting when appropriate, addressing a key concern for students and families who may hesitate to report sensitive issues. All submissions receive automatic routing to ensure timely follow-up from district administrators.
District officials said the new system supports Valley View ISD's commitment to student safety, open communication, and compliance with state reporting requirements while providing an easier way for the community to connect with schools.
Families can access Dialogue AI through a link on the district website at vvisd.net or directly at mydialogue.ai/valleyviewisd.
