LINDSAY, Texas — Second grade students at Lindsay Elementary School took the stage December 11 to perform "Penelope the Pink-Nosed Puffin," the class's annual holiday musical presentation.
The production featured the entire second grade class in a performance for family members and the school community. The musical tells the story of Penelope, a puffin who learns valuable lessons during the holiday season.
Annual musical performances have become a tradition at Lindsay Elementary, giving young students an opportunity to develop confidence, teamwork, and performance skills while celebrating the holiday season with their families.
