Depot Day 2026 returns to downtown Gainesville October 10

GAINESVILLE, Texas — Depot Day, one of Gainesville's signature community events, returns to the historic downtown area on Saturday, October 10, 2026. The annual festival, presented by WinStar Hotel Careers, will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gainesville Farmers Market, 215 W. Elm St. Admission is free. The celebration features an auto show showcasing more than 200 vehicles, a kids zone with family-friendly activities, trade vendors, and live entertainment throughout the day. Held the second Saturday in October each year, Depot Day welcomes visitors from across the region to experience Gainesville's downtown district. The Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce organizes the event to celebrate the community and its historic heritage. "Bring your friends and family," organizers encourage.
