What the filings do — and do not — show
The TDLR records document planned construction and accessibility-related project registration. They do not by themselves disclose new hiring totals, production targets or tax incentives.
Together, the three active filings point to continued investment at the Sherman site through early 2027, spanning operations space, logistics capacity and manufacturing-support areas. No city or county public hearing is required solely because of the TDLR registrations.
