Gainesville Independent School District

Gainesville ISD is the largest school district in Cooke County, serving approximately 3,400 students from pre-K through 12th grade. The Leopards compete in UIL Class 4A athletics, and the district operates multiple campuses including Gainesville High School, Gainesville Junior High, and three elementary schools.
